Strengthening doctor-patient relationships through usable design

I was the User Experience Lead at the former Partners HealthCare System for five years within the Clinical Informatics Research & Development (CIRD) group. CIRD develops online solutions for clinical practitioners and the patients they serve in the Brigham & Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital provider networks. The web-based information portals and electronic medical record applications I helped design were used to provide timely decision support and enhance the efficiency of physician workflows.
