Legg Mason

Legg Mason, Inc. wanted to build a financial advisor web portal that would serve two audiences -- their own internal fund wholesalers and the external financial advisors they sell to. The portal's primary goal was to act as an online repository for the latest information on Legg Mason funds. User studies and workflow analyses also revealed a strong interest in community components such as shared event calendars, message boards, and selling strategies.

As a Project Director for Human Factors International, I conducted field research at various investment firms, interviewed fund wholesalers, built workflow diagrams, and designed wireframes and mockups for the Legg Mason portal.
