Liberty Mutual
As a user experience contractor, I worked with Liberty Mutual's Commercial Markets Division on a variety of usability projects. After helping them transition their legacy Macintosh applications to the Windows 95 platform, I designed and authored a corporate intranet that consolidated multi-platform user interface guidelines. I also created Macromedia Director-based CBTs for new insurance applications and an online Netscape Navigator User's Guide that was deployed across all of Liberty's North American offices.
