Sandals Resorts International
Sandals was looking to increase online conversion rates for their e-commerce web site -- and reduce calls to their customer sales reps. Usability studies revealed that earlier iterations of the site confused potential customers over which resort was best suited for a vacationer's individual needs. As a Project Director for Human Factors International, my team's challenge was to design an interface that highlighted user-friendly decision-making tools and promoted the diversity of each resort. For this project, I designed conceptual diagrams and wireframes illustrating our proposed solution.
