2000 Sydney Olympics
For the Games of the XXVII Olympiad, Lycos was selected as the official online community provider. This gave me the opportunity to work on the official 2000 Olympics web site with IBM, the Sydney Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games (SOCOG), and corporate sponsor McDonald's. As the Art Director for Lycos Communities, I designed the online clubs and image galleries for the events, as well as the promotional sites for our live chats with world champion athletes Dara Torres, Mia Hamm, Rulon Gardner, and Australian natives Cathy Freeman and Ian Thorpe.
